headlight condensation??

Default headlight condensation??

does anybody know how to stop them steaming up on the inside, had them to bits 2day, clean them and the seals, and they are still steaming up!

Shaun, you need some new headlamp seals/gaskets

I put mine on with my fave stuff, loctite 5900 sealant, ZERO condensation, but I also have drilled two 1/2" holes in shell, condensation forms with rapid temp changes, by having these holes the temps are much closer, so when switching off the light it doesn't have a sudden temp change, as already cooler than normal in there.
Had same problem on me astra front indicator, three 4mm holes in bottom 100% cure, although in this case it was more likely a leak of water into them, despite being new.

Right then gents I can get the original gasket 13 quid each or 26 quid for the pair, a couple of quid for the postage and they'll be at your door

There is a rubber seal around the bulb. Yours is no good. Replace it and if it doesn't clear up then you might have to get a whole new assembly.
