Stick with EBC, you will find the yellowstuff more of a grippy pad than the reds, but nowhere near as dusty.
I get free ferrodo, but instead but ebc, had the ferrodo, apec, mintex, hawk etc etc, ebc for me, I just use el cheapo discs, yours are 278mm(4wd).
Yellows work from cold perfectly, and stay working even when roasting hot, I drill my cheapo discs, but if you don't fancy doing this, buy some grooved/dimpled ebc discs as well, the difference discs can give is imense, the grooves sharp edges constantly de glaze the pad, also help in water/rain conditions.

I wouldn't do it with a hand drill, I use a pillar drill, but prices are much better now than years back.
I think I bought mine from ebcdirect, but not sure just shop around a lot, make sure same pads all round though!!

The yellow ones turn to rock and don't work properly. The red ones crumble. I have used both on the track and they're very poor at proper performance.
Ferodo DS pads work very well. I use DS3000 but DS2500 should be good for road use.
I also use off the shelf generic front discs from Ebay - £65 a pair. I use grooved and they perform very well.
In short, stay away from EBC - no need to use their discs and the yellow and red pads are crap (and expensive).

Wavy discs look like a gimmick.

Ferrodo I found to be shit until very warmed up, then faded a few moments later, I used DS 2500, they constantly glazed over, they had ZERO feel, felt like pressing a block of wood, always fading them, I have only faded my yellows once, the reds even when massively overheated to the pointy that handbrake stops you quicker never ever crumbled, in fact I roast them once in a while to clean them.
Ask your self why Yellows are POLICE approved, yet no ferrodo pad is, that is approved for the fast response cars.Ask yourself why EBC have a money back guarantee, that if you find a better pad for the road they will repay your purchase cost.
The ds seriously would not get on my car again, despite them being FREE for me.
