Just wondering as a mate may have new project and I could have something to fit all my spares into. Obviously as discussed here the windows need sorting but what else? Any one ever done it?

Long time no speak, the shell is based on a base 3 door Sierra same as Cos apart from "Bi-plane" spoiler and windows as you say I think there same.

Obviously body fixing are totally different and has no grille at the front like the Cos.

You will just weaken a stronger shell

The only difference is the gearbox mount

xr4 is better shell . also im not sure but think there are no half moons on front chassis rails. so no 4x4 other than that GBox mount and window only differance.
