Default HELP head torque settings required

As above could anyone tell me the torque settings along with the procedure for refitting the head on my 200 block. It is going back together with a mountune 4 layer gasket and has a 6 long stud kit fitted if it makes any difference.
Cheers

I would ask mountune, what they recommend, thier suppliers(they don't make the gasket) should have given a idea.
