Question 2wd clutches

has anyone used the r+b motorsport clutch ratchet conversion (manual adjustment)? as my plastic one has shit itself with the ap heavy duty cover i have along with the pedal box breaking

I haven't used one but have seen one whilst it was being fitted.
It certainly is a good piece of kit, looks very well made and strong.

is it easier to fit than the ratchet type?? and does it use the red plastic ring washers? cheers tabetha.

yeah gearbox out but your clutches will last longer and the light pedal is great

no more strecthed/ snapped clutch cables etc

fair comment.
i had a closer look last nite and saw that the clutch pedal assembly bracket is shagged and letting the quadrant spin when pedal is raised. seat out time and on my back

out of interest you can run a standard ford thrust bearing with an ap organic clutch and cover cant you?
