Interior clips/plugs required...HELP!

Interior clips/plugs required...HELP!
Can anyone help me locate some parts please asap!?!
Took the lower dash off of my Saph 4x4. Took off the plastic under the steering wheel, bit of carpet near feet and the small glove box thing.
I have the 3/4 metal screws that hold the plastic onto the steering wheel section but have lost the big plastic clip/plug type things and can't get hold of them anywhere.
Think there are 3 that clip into the lower plastic dash and connect to the main part of the dash and then there are another 3/4 that hold the carpet in.
If any1 can help with part number or who might have them that would be great. Or even if I can take them off another Ford?
