Default 2wd propshaft

i have been having a clonking noise for a while and today i had time to get under the car and see whats going on. the thought was the propshaft wasnt tight at the centre mount but as soon i got under and grabbed on the prop it was clear that the central bearing had gone and was aloowing the prop to move.

my question is can the bearing the removed and a new one put on or will it be a case of getting another prop and binning the old one?
