205 block on a 4x4
Has anyone on here fitted a 205 block engine to a 4x4? have there been any problems?
I have read that is not a good idea but just wondering if anyone has tried it?

So There is nothing to worry about if I fit a 2wd engine in to a 4x4 and keep the 4x4 gearbox. I have been reading that its not a good idea. Thats why I wanted to hear from people that have Thanks

Like people have said many times before mate, the 205 block is inferior compared to the 200 block, but people have ran 400 through them with no problems, some have blown the block apart. Its luck of the draw. If you aren't planning on running near 400bhp then I am sure you will have no problem.
