Default 3DR head lining

i have a good head lining to put in my car (Thanks Gibbo) as mine has started to sag, how easy are they to change and is it a 1 man job or do i need a hand.

Cheers steve, iv still got to pick it up from my brothers in oxford at the minute but have just bought a battery for the old girl as with so little use it wasn't holding a charge very long, hoping to take it to brands tomorrow if the weathers o.k.

pice of cake mate , sunroof inner suround out ,interior light removed, A/B, and rear pillar plastics out or loosened, , roof handles off, and it will slide out the rear hatch , reverse to re fit

I did my saffs head lining on my own.Its a shame its bloody sagging again.

I always disconnect my battery when the car is parked up, otherwise its flat in about 4 days.

I wont be at Brands Tomorrow, will be seeing little one in hospital.
