Default Cossy crackup

Hi guys,

I need some help, my mate has a 2wd sap with 2.4 stroker engine and its been stood for 2yrs.
Prob is that its ok ish when cold but when warm it has flat spots and miss fires, if ya labour it to about 3grand then boot it then its ok most of time.
Right ive changed:- fuel pump\filter, press reg, plugs leads dizzy cap, rotor arm, phase sensor, throttle pos sensor, ect sensor, map sensor, air temp sensor, injectors, checked timing incl dizzy poss, drained tank and put new petrol in.
Now i want to fill the inside with petrol and burn it lol.
Any ideas guys as ive almost pulled all my hair out.
Cheers steve.

Could welll be CTS. The blue bosch sensor LHF220turbo is talking about. It moniters coolant temp for engine / ecu. These will go out of range and can cause running issues if not checked/changed.

Check the fuel pump voltage UNDER LOAD, then rewire if not already done.
Personally with such a unique stroker engine, I would get a rolling road set up done, this will find any problems, as well as make sure the fuelling is safe/ok, it would be money very well spent.
