What tires are you looking at? That is the kicker.

if you going for 18"mo,s you need an et35 offset with 215/35/18 tyres not sure if they will catch theres a few on here with them so im sure they will tell you. ive got 18" revolutions on mine with 215/35/18 tyres and the offset is et33 ive had to roll the front lips on mine also im on koni adjustables, heres a pic of it might help you make up your mind

alot of people seem to think 17s on saphs. I think 17s give the best ride but 18s look a whole let better, Its suprising that extra inch makes a difference

The saph is a big car and I think the 17s look small on them, but I can understand that they are probably the best drive.

17's with 225/35 et32-35
don't see the point of 18's myself with 215/35.

Most people i know with 18's have rolled arches, but even with 8" 17's you may need to depending on the height of the car.

Hi I run 8x18" Braid alloys with offset 33 and 225/35 tyres on my 2wd ...... suspention is std type with Koni/Bilstein dampers and Eibach springs and no problems until now .... and yes I have sleightly rolled arches.

I was also adviced not to go 18's...but I did it and until now I it been fine with no catching whatsoever. Car feels fine and goes just as well as on my old 17's...AND, in my opinion, it looks sooo much better
