go for a 3inch system with a 4inch outward rolled, preferably mongoose. Then if you want cut the middle box out and then replace it with a straight section of pipe

Hi Doug, once the clutch is renewed and the box is back on...Lol. She's getting some TLC then going to sleep for this year.....then I'm starting on the Ducati over the winter months. Hope to get some serious use out of "WTF" next year and hope to see you and yours at some point !!! What's happening with the Saph ?? Are you selling or do you see her being broken ??

If you end up doing lots of work on the car and want to be able to easily remove sections get a Blueflame.
Same as Mongoose but with flange joints with a pair of nut/bolts. Easy to remove time and time again. 3, 3.5 or 4" pipes available. 3dr's deffo suit the 4".

Thanks for that Ridgey....HOPEFULLY with the work that is going on right now I hope it doesn't have to take it on and off !!!!....but I guess that's the fun of Cossie ownership. Will look on the 'tinerweb at them and price one up.

Will have to sort something out and pop round Doug....REALLY busy at work ATM though !!! Doing 12-14 hour days not including the 30 min drive each way to work. Apparenyly I'm supposed to be on a wind down after 22 tears in the Army (with 2 still to go) but with209 soldiers to look after daily (between 2 of us) it seems as though all I do is eat, sleep and work !!! Still got to be happy just having a job these days....
Seen the link you posted...only problem is it has one of the silencers missing....can't be doing with TOO LOUD exhausts...getting TOO old for that !! Still going stage 3 at some point but "WTF" needs some TLC after 23 years so I thought better start sooner rather than later !!!!

I think Roosie may have a SS system for sale as he has SS side exit pipes each side now, nice and quiet too.
