Default Where to get a new V-Belt Tensioner (4x4)

On my 4x4 Saff Cossie the pulley that also acts as a tensioner for the alternator/power steering V-Belt looks quite dodgy.

A new one is incredibly dear (Ford dealer quoted me 150 pounds). Is there any other place where you can buy them or will one from a different car fit? The DOHC 8V I4 has a similar tensioner IIRC.
