Default carbon fibre plenumn spacer

right got bored of doing mundane jobs to engine and car while i wait for friggin customers to pay some (very) overdue bills to enable me to finish rebuild

have had a c/f starter kit for some time now but couldnt decide what to make then while trying to find someone local to make me an alloy spacer i had an epiphany-make it myself from carbon..........

started out with this as a mould

`banged` in some c/f and ended up with this

have decided on a matt finish as there aint any c/f under the bonnet and have rubbed down mating faces

plenum without spacer

and with (used some old yellows to make sure fit was ok b4 i knackered my greys)

please remember its my first attemp at c/f tho i am pleased with results i know where improvements can be made

oh am not sure about c/f resistance to petrol so all may be in vain, but nothing ventured nothing gained

Comments????

have just preveiwed pics and i apologise for last one taken in `shaky vision`
