Default cossie heaters

hi people. Im just wondering how long does it take for your heaters to get warm. When the car is stood still running it doesnt take that long but when im on my way to work it takes ages for the heaters to get hot. I was thinking about flushing the heater matrix out and see if that would help. Since the cold mornings are coming and i go to work at 5.30 i would like some nice warm heaters.

Can feel warmth within 1 miles easy, not roasting, but full after around 2 2-1/2 miles.
If yours is dodgy winter is coming so a new one is a good idea.
The most effective thing I found was to use WAHLE thermostats.

I've used std ford, QH, as well as a few other pattern ones.
I found the best one I tried and still have fitted is the WAHLE one, but around £15, I use a 88C myself.
