Hi Josh
She was only running 330ish but i think it must have been the driving style that caused the problem.
I dont definitely know that its the big end until the engine gets stripped down.

Was built by ABC motorsport before it taken over by the new guys.
Part of me wants to keep her and just stand her up until i can get a rebuild done. But i just don't have the time to arrange everything. Plus whats the point if i am gonna be stateside and only back once every 3-4 months for a week or two.
What would you do in my position?

Now there is an interesting question!
SHe has a box i biuts to bring her back up to full clory but they are not much good in the box
Db10-DB14 cams
RS 500 intercooler
fan wiring loom (replaced 6 months ago)
Turbo T34inlet.t55 exhaust
104k on the clock
Full leather interior in good nic.
bodywork is not bad.
boot has the normal root under the spoiler but nothing that cant be sorted.
gear box is fine.
4x4 running gear is fine
needs a new set if discs up front.
brand new rims and rubbers very little wear (replaced 9 months ago)
Clifford alarm
Make me an offer via PM

Hi Matey
It was built a few years back, think it was a white Saff that it was put in when it was fresh. I got it off a guy just before last Christmas. From what i remember, he said he traded in another Saff at the time for some work he was having done, if that helps.

What does it do when its spun a shell, what happens ?
Getting cossie paranoia with mine its got a weird rattling sound but only does it when engine is hot and i can hear it from the top and from underneath the engine, Doing my fooking head in if am honest.

i guess you know what a shell is?
if not this is a shell
the shells sit in the caps which bolt to the block to hold the crank in place and basically they spin out, hence the phrase spun shell. the noise is hard to explain but you will lose oil pressure

the important thing is if the oil pressure rises when you rev over 2,000rpm.
alot of people worry about oil pressure; alot of paranoia comes into it if you have a gauge! - 60 psi at cold is good oil pressure, plus i doubt you've spun a shell; you would hear it!
