Turbo gone?

I was told on the way to ford fair that my car was pouring out blue smoke after i put my foot down does this mean the turbo has seen better days or could it be something else?

if its on the overrun it might be stem seals or valve guides or maybe even piston oil rings

however, what do you mean by pouring out??

I mean a lot of blue smoke coming out of the exhaust when i come off boost
