Default 2wd gaz coilovers or konis?

wanna be changing the suspension soon on my 2wd saph currently running spax adjustables but there looking tired now.Next year aiming to take cossie on the track at a few shows so im buildin up for that will be poly bushin the underside and all that but whats best suspension set up to go for?

Car is used sparingly at the mo so not everyday runner so lookin for a track/fast road set up but not super expensive!

whats best to go for gaz coilovers or koni's? whos runnin either set up on there cossie and how do you find it?

Koni shocks,-40mm bayoo springs. Best combination. Coilovers are nice if you want to spend the extra money. However they can suffer from the problem where the adjusters seize up which can be a pain.

The funny feeling is often caused by the shit set up on sierras, the arse end getting very light as it unloads the suspension, raising up, and toe altering as it does so.
Doing a poly diff mount transforms this.

Got them on mine, no complaints, super comfy for me, but is a hard ride.
Do the 22mm arb + poly diff mount, it transforms it.

I've got the basic GAZ coilovers and have found them very good. Since i'm no racing driver i find them great, no complints at all.
Thing that pisses me off about Koni's is that you have to REMOVE the rear shock to adjust it !!!! Thats not what i would call adjustable really.

on my rx7 the height adjuster siezed on the tien coilovers which was a pain.

but on the cossy i had a set of gas koni dampers and jamex 40mm springs and it was ace, i put a pair of gaz coilovers on, 250 miles later they were leaking like fuck so sent them off got to get fixed then put them back on. week later took them off, put the konis back on. they were rubbish. probably good if i had adjustable TCA at the time, cuz i would have been able to set them up right.

edit: i have a 4x4 tho, so there might be a differance there
