Default cradle bushes 4x4 saff

anyone ever replaced the gearbox cradle bushes on a 4x4 saff with the gearbox still in place? mine really need doing just dont want to have to remove the gearbox if poss.

You have to press the old bushes out ... Even if you let the gearbox crossmember down ,, i dont think you would be able to get to the upper 2 mounts very easily .. Its not a hard job to remove box but is a lot easier to do on a ramp .. But i see what you are saying ...

you can do it by dropping the box down a bit, and get the cradle out - it is an absolute pain though!!
