Default Oil leak from Distributor?

Had a leak down the inlet side of the engine and suspected the dizzy since this has happened before, when I removed the cap and rotor there is oil in the base of it around the shaft.

Can it be reconned because this is the seond time now and its only done 10k miles-i bought it presumably as a Genuine Marrelli item from PJ?.

Or could something else be screwing the dizzy up?

They can be re-conned, I've never known this problem before, the ones I have done have OILIGHT bearing material, instead of the standard ford crap(iron partical), but they can now be done with NYLON bearings which are even better.
