You need approx 12M of -6 to do a sapph + all the relevent fittings for pump and rail. It'll probably cost in the region of Ł200 to do it all.

From the pump (assume it is an 044), you should need:

1. M12x1.5 to -6 adaptor which is around Ł6 from ebay
2. A length of -6 pipe (approx 1ft) with 90deg swivle joints at either end (pump to filter)
3. Two M14x1.5 to -6 adaptors for the filter (Ł11/pair from ebay)
4. Approx 4.5m of -6 hose with 90 deg swivle joints at either end (filter to rail)
5. Weld on -6 fitting for the fuel rail (Ł5 on ebay)

I would strongly recommend Alex at Torques. He was by far the cheapest and the customer service was second to none. info@torques.co.uk

This is how it is done on my car, but of course there are always many ways to skin a cat...Good luck

As above, I can take some pics of my car as I did it not that long ago, however it's away getting sprayed and i won't have it back for 2 weeks.
I got all the bits from this site

http://www.raceparts-direct.com/

Pretty good prices and quite helpful, just remember you don't need the expensive braided hose with the teflon inside as thats if your running the lines inside the car, the cheaper stuff does tend to give of some fumes if the car is left in the garage for a bit but nothing drastic.
A member on here did the rail for me for free, i just sent him my old rail and he sent me one he modded, i can look back my pm's to see if i still have the info.
Also it's worth noting that some people don't reccomend modding the standard rail as it cn become porous and leak, the bestway is to get a rail from Reyland/A1 or whatever that has the -6 fittings already.
While your at it, if not already done, get a metre length (u only need about 30cm of this but it's sold by the metre) and the correc fittings from tank to pump so it all looks the part.

Ben,

forgot to mention I had both ends of my rail converted to -6 and now using a 2WD regulator as it has the correct inlet/oulet for using jubilee clips, or end finishers is what I've used (Thats what the 2wd setup has as standard anyway, not the regulator mounted on the rail like the 4wd). The return to the tank from the regulator is low pressure so there's no need to go mental with Jic fittings there. The best option is to run an aftermarket regulator tho, but that's obviously extra cost again.
Also, as you have said above, i used direct x-overs from M14 or whatever to -6 so you can screw the areoquip fitting on the hose directly to the filter, i only used banjos on the pump i think...
Apoloigies for the delay, been away for a few days.

looking very good!

off topic; why do people sometimes reroute their lines inside the car? (trackcars)
Even if it's aeroquiped, it's still saver to do them underside me thinks.
heard also in competioncars they must be routed underneath?

There are two different types of hoses, lined and non lined, the non lined one is the one you can smell fumes off of if the cars sitting for a while but perfectly fine to run under the car but not in And obviously the lined stuff you could use in or out, the reason for ruuning the hoses inide the car is so it doesn't get damaged, but this only applies to motorsport, not your average joe who drives on public roads. I have the non lined hose under my car, you can smell it sometimes but it doesn't bother me at all.
