Has anyone fitted 235/40 17 Toyo R888 on the front of a Saff ?

I know some have them on the back and 205 onthe front, but has anyone tried and managed to get them on the front ?

What mods were required. I assume a serious rolling of the arches will be required, liner removal possibly. I'm on coilovers and think maybe slightly shorter springs maybe neccessary so they sit just above the tyre for clearance.

Anyone ??

Ive got 235/40-17 on the front of my 3dr, not toyo's but F1's. Cant really answer your arch clearnence question with it being a different model but regards coil over question, my standard AVO's just clear by a few mm.

Sounds like it may be possible then, only thing is the 235 R888's are 245 wide
