2wd sump baffles

2wd sump baffles
Currently got my engine out due to a few leaks one being sump gasket, and i was wondering wether its worth fitting a baffle.
Engine has been rebuilt a few years ago as standard just running usual extras like chip actuator injectors to give it a bit more power.
Not going to do loads of track days maybe the odd one or two, but thought is it worth doing while the sumps off and if so which one is best and do they just slot straight in or does it have to be welded.
Seen one on here from Touring car spares any good?
Cheers

touring car spares sell the garage 19 ones very good quality the idea is to stop the sump pickup drying out under hard braking or cornering so if you drive hard on the road or even the odd track day you just aswell fit one and i believe they are a direct replacement item too
