Default saph cos electric window switch

Hi my drivers window switch has to be held Half way down to get the window to come down but can be held normal for it coming up again. Only started happening recently, before i had to press really hard to get it to go down but is fine at coming up. What could this be, just a bad conection under the switch. so new window buttons or conections?

As said new switch will cure it for a while, the contacts are very poorly silvered, and this comes off so contacts start burning, leading to this.
Mine was like this until I fitted one touch to all my windows, ok now as each has a relay action going down.
