Default rocker cover painting

right want to paint my rocker cover blue is there anything best to use so the paint dont flake off and what is the proper colour to use

get it powder coated chap only cost me like 25 quid at me local firm and is extremely long lasting

Had it paint with usual heat resistant paint, like those for the brakes. that happens before 2 years and it still looks

what do you think about painting it matt blue or would it be better in gloss

i sent a few things to get powder coated today,the colours they have are unreal!and its durable and gona take the heat

I've got mine in imperial blue and it looks quite good. Depends on the theme your after.

As for painting it, 2k paint will be fine

Get it powder coated Lee. Ive painted a few myself & lasted well, ive used plaskicoat.

with paul on plaskicoat. i put 8 thin layers on mine and gave a nice glossy finish. well chuffed with the results.

i used hammerite spray paint. Worked a treat. hasnt cracked, flaked or bubbled even years down the line

Got mine back from the powder coaters today, that and a bailey breather tank, £30 including sand blasting the rocker cover!
looks good too

use 2k paint mate its easily hard wearing enough for rocker cover and colour options are infinate
