Cosworth late head bolts
Im rebuilding the engine on my 3dr cosworth ( escort cosworth engine ) , the thing is ive ordered some new head bolts from woodford garage and they sent me some which need a 24 spline socket as opposed to the torque socket . Will it be ok to use these or are they not stretch bolts ?
Heres a pic taken off my phone .
Any advicewill be much appreciated , Thanks Travis .

Do NOT use a torx bit to fit or remove them - you'll most likely knurdle the bolt heads because there's not enough grip against the splines, and that will make them a bitch to remove! One of mine ended up being drilled out because it was knurdled.
You've been given the right bolts - don't worry about that As long as you ordered the 'late' type.
Get the proper bit - you should be able to buy a set from a tool store.
