Default What tyres for a 4x4 saph?

Ok, I need to change the tyres on my saph because theyre a bit knackered now and they're not quite the right size (205's instead of 215's) as thats what i bought the wheels with.

Its got yoko A539's on it at the mo and while i find them ok in the dry, i dont really like them in the wet.

Just wondered what peoples preferences are when it comes to tyres.

The car is only used as a road car so not worried about best round a track tbh.

Your thoughts please!!

Toyo T1-R, Eagle F1's, or Yoko AVS all very good tyres. There in another league to A539's which i have never liked.

Depends on the budget, lower end of the scale, kumho ku31's (awesome for the money, run them on mine) higher up, dunlop do some nice stuff, sport 9000's are very good, as are sportmaxx's.
Michelin pilot sports are good, not sure if they are available in that size though, eagle F1's.

539 are very good for what they are, and very long lasting.
In that size on cossies I have used F1, which frankly I wouldn't put on a wheelbarrow, and Uniroyal Rainsport 1 and 2, awsome tyre, best by far in the wet than most others, apart from the new kiddies I have now, VREDESTEIN SPORTRAC 3, but they are around £90 a piece, but well worth it, these grip better in the wet than the F1 did in the dry, and F1 were not worse than crap in the wet, just my opinion based on my last 3 sets of F1 on various different cars.

I had toyo T1-r on my standard rims and couldn't fault them, very good grip.

On the comps i have Falken and i strongly recommend you steer clear as theirs no grip at all.
