My battery is shit so maybe this? but when you rev it up just before boost it stutters if you fever the pedal it doesnt do it? throught it mite be the fact the battery aint grate or it has some fancy plugs in it that were £100 but when it was set up at A1 rally he said they would run NGK's plugs so not sure.
Its hasn't been really driven since set up 2 months ago so N E ideas (shit fuel) shame coz its half tank of bp oltimate Thanks dave

maybe a problem with your coil (is it a grp A one?)or maybe your cap/rotor arm/leads?
Also could be your cps that is going down or your phase sensor!
A few checks you could do is check that your cps(crankshaft position sensor!)is nice and clean and that its gapped correctly(0.8mm)i seem to remember!
You can also check you cap etc make sure there are no cracks/signs of arcing etc!whilst you have your cap off move your rotor arm and the dust cap and inspect your phase sensor wires make sure they are not bare etc
