The headlights are the same to a high spec Sierra, I.E Ghia, 2000E etc so Try the usual Ebay ETC as they are on here sometimes otherwise a trip to the breakers might be in order

The headlights are NOT the same as high spec sierras.
There is a differnce and that is the flange that the grilled mounts to, it is a very small bit sticking out at the top of the cossie light, but all the way from top to bottom of the side on the other sierras, you can of course chop most of this of, as I have, then drill a small plot hole for the grille retaining screw.
This will put the grill too far inset, but by putting a 10mm nut between grille and flange on each sided will correct it, so the screw is between the flange and the grille.
As you say, they are rusty so HID defo do not want fitting to these lights, or you'll have light all over the place.
I run mine with Philips Xtreme bulbs H4 in the outers, and H3 Osram Nightbreaker on the inners.
I was using 130/90 on the outers but the xtreme are twice as bright despite being only 60 watt main and 55 watt dip each, best £20 I have ever spent.
