Default 3 door coz cutting out problems. HELP!!!!

Lets hope someone out there can help me.......cos im going mad!! lol
Right, ive had my 3 door for a couple of months now....all was fine up until about a month ago when while driving it cut out. As soon as you restart it, it would barely idle, and as soon as you use any throttle it would stall. Anyway, turned out to be the throttle position sensor, and has been good as gold ever since (until lastnite). Same problem with just cutting out, but wont rev at all now and wont idle at all.

I havent had time yet to check it out again, but wondered if anyone else has had issues like this before (faulty throttle snsors etc) or should i be looking at wiring etc as that maybe causing them to fail?!

Any advice very welcome

Cheers,

Rob.

Do the wiggle test first, and see if it is any different, the problem is rarely the cps sensor itself, but the connector, as they lose thier grip(female part) on the male pins after a lot of years, sometimes you can gain a bit of extra use by, very slightly bending the female pins so they grip harder.
