Saffy fuse blowing problem
My brother has a 1991 sapphire cossie 4x4 and has a problem with the fueling and ingnition, two nights ago the car died whilst driving and wouldn't start again after inspection and a few phone calls to SCS we put the fault down to the crank postion sensor, we changed that today there was still no spark therefore no fuel pump. After a few more phone calls and searching we were told to look at the fuel and ignition relays...now...
Under the dash near the ECU there is 2 yellow relays 1 with a black fuse holder and 1 with a yellow fuse holder...the black fuse holder holds a 15amp fuse, this was blown so we changed this and the car ran for ten mins then the same thing began to happen all over again....then the fuse blew again.
So after all that what does thi fuse do and what will keep making it blow???
Any help greatly recieved as we are clutching at straws here!
