I have allready a
Mongoose System
RS 500 Intercooler
What part do i need for this power? I think
3 bar Map
Group A Head-gasket
other Injektors (don't know which one)
bigger Turbo (who is the best for this?T34?)
actuator
something more?

Valves will be fine at that power level.
I would fit a 044 fuel pump for piece of mine, but plenty dont and have not had a problem.
As for turbo it depends really.
.48 Will give the least lag but also the least amount of power about 350bhp max
.55 Is the next step, a little more lag but capable of more power about 380bhp max
.63 Is the biggest on a T34 i know of and will be the most laggy but will give the most power around 400bhp max.
They are all rough power estimates, on what i have seen cars produce on the rollers. I would never run a a turbo at its max though so if you wanted them to last a little longer by running less boost, then knock 20bhp off those figures.

I would recommend you changing your fuel pump to a bosch 044 group A item as the standard item will be working flat out @ 380bhp even more so if it has never been changed.
I have gone for the same power level and stu advised the only thing it was requiring was an uprated pump due to the above.

The turbine housing, .48/.63 etc do not determine flow or power.
The COMPRESSOR housing wil need changing, or machining to T34 spec, same as large turbo escort.
There is plenty enough material on the standard T3 compresssor housing to machine out to accept T34 compressor trim wheel, this saves having to buy new pipe or pay expensive escy prices for the housing and will EASILY SEE the power you want.
The BEARING HOUSING of the T3 and T34 is the exact same thing, but make sure if you get the turbo done you get 360 bearing plus step gap seal at same time.
Make sure you get a turbo that is the smallest one that will produce the power, as this keeps lag down, unless you go RB type but mucho money.

Thanks

So i have allready looked for the turbo, but i dont know which one exactly it is: At the Label at the front stands:

V92HF6K682AA

And in the exhaust side stand :

63
I think its a .63 housing, but im not shure that it is a T34?
Can i use it for 350-400bhp, or have i to use anotherone??

So at the moment i search somebody in germany who makes me the ECU and fuelsystem for this power, and who hasnt any problem that i dont need many parts and insert them self.
More suggestions are welcome...
If i need some more parts i can search them in august in sylverstone..

My suggestion would be to get in contact with Stu@MSD he can sell you all the parts required for your conversion..
Many of us on here use MSD chips etc,I myself have his chips on both my cortina and sierra cos
IMO one of the top coswoth tuners in the UK
PS he's very helpfull and as your english is far better than our german there should be no probs

Only for live maps this can be altered accordingly...
As running more pressure effects spray pattern and lots of other factors..
IMO always use std pressure unless told by a tuner

want to modify your ecu to run more power, the mod you want is called "map editor" it also opens many other fuctions like launch control, als, closed loop fueling, distribitorless igniton, and many others
aswell as being compatable with windows software for real time mapping
on the rolling road. just as good as a aftermarket stand alone ecu at less then half the price
