Thanks mate, but i know them.

We have buyed some parts at post motorport, but if i want a powerupgrade, they want to do it complet for a high price.

Ellmer do i know too, we have buyed 2 gearboxes there.
I wrote him to ask for a chip and help for adjustment.
but i make the failer and told him i have all needed parts and want to fit it self, so i never get a answere.

Thats the problem here in germany, everyone want to do the complete upgrade for a lot of money, at my way they dont earn enough i think.

I have a catalog from Richter Motorport from germany here, for a upgrade to 350bhp they want to fit a new engine and many other parts and it will cost 5950,00 €.
A lot of cash for 130bhp???

hy

as far as i know Richter has stopped buisness, and in my opinion they never had any idea how to work on an YB

Have tried Suhe a few time´s and where almost happy with him, but since Hr.Stohl is dead the brain is missing in this company

Never heard bad thing´s about Post Motorsport and he´d be the 1st place in germany where i´d go to

and yes, maybe everyone in the area of 350-380bhp would do a complete engine rebuild cause you would not be happy with the costumer if your engine blown up.

regards Karl

mate, the t34 comes with 3 types of exhaust housings, .48 .55 and .63
the number can be found casted into the inlet of the housing.
the compressor housings are all A/R.48 the t34 should also have
M27 casted into the compressor housing.
exactly the same configeration as your std t03b (t3) but with a bigger
comp housing and bigger exhaust housing if you have .55 or .63
if you got the turbo off any big turbo escort, that i read in your previous
posts it will be a t34 of some discription.

if your really unsure of yourself take it to a turbo specialist and get them
to confirm what the turbo is.

Makes no difference 99% of injectors run @ 3bar/45 psi. a bigger pump only makes more flow so you don't lean out using bigger injectors
the 3bar is with vacuumpipe disconnected i presume?
(+-3,5 with the pipe on? @ idle)
No, its the other way around: 3 Bar at idle with vacuumpipe connected and 3.5 Bar with vacuumpipe disconnected.

normaly i think yes, but we have never needed a new turbo, so i never had to search one

At sunday i was on Ford Fear, i searched for A1, a friend of me told me there can i find a good Turbo, but they wasnt there.

So i nearly buyed another one, new for 675 but it had only a .48 exhaust housing

I think i have found one but im not shure,
http://cgi.ebay.de/Ford-Escort-Coswo...QQcmdZViewItem

the seller calls it a T35, is it a T34 .63 or not?
