Default Torque settings flywheel

Hi peops im putting my flywheel ap clutch and box back in wed does anyone know torque settings for flywheel bolts?

Also should i renew the bolts?

Flywheel to crank 63-69NM
Pressure plate to flywheel 18.5-21.5NM

I would if it was me, they take a lot of greif with standing starts etc, for the price, go into a nut/bolt place and get the strongest you can, don't know if arp do them ?
