sierra cosworth front bumper sagging

does anyone know how to reverse this my bumper is sagging badly help please

I have a friend woh's was sagging badly, he just got a jack and a block of wood, jacked the front bumper up undernearth the "bar" in the bumper, and done it so much it was virually lifing the whole car up

Worked tho!

Pretty sure seen a post on here where some1 had fixed theres

Sure they took the foam out of the bumper in the part that sags,jacked it up to get it straight,then put a piece of alloy bar across the width of the part that sags,and fixed it in with fibreglass or somethin like that
