Do a search on here for spark plugs, you'll get some ideas.

Iridium NGK work great.

I run two sets and swap/clean one set every three months.

IRITOP 8 or IRIWAY 8.

One is 2mm or so shorter so both work.

I have never fouled them.

i use the 071's. they don't last very long before they need gapping again as the electrode erodes quite quickly. but they're cheap enough to replace regularly

You dudes should really try out the Iridium plugs - they last ages - I paid $80 Australian for a set.

Every plug I tried - including the ones you have mentioned and an ngk v groove plug do not last very long or foul really easy.

The codes IRIWAY 8 or IRITOP 8 are defined as racing plugs (who knows what that means) and are a little hard to get (i.e. you have to order them) but are worth it.

Before using them every 10 or so drives in the Sierra I had to clean plugs or risk fouling them on startup.

I now that my car ran 11:1 rich on startup.

Will fix as I am now fitting a Pectel T2.

Cheers dudes (p.s. - I do not work for NGK)

LINCOLN - Iridium plugs are known to snap off very easily. Happened twice in quick succession to a guy i knows 600BHP Supra taking all the valves with it

Theres no doubting the performance improvment from them but there have been ALOT of cases that ive head of these plugs breaking.

it's not just about whatever the manufacturer says they're made of, it's to do with heat rating
