Default Big Spec Series 2 breaking.....

The time has come to get on and break my car now as i've bought another car....so here goes!

I will be breaking the whole car so anything else you may want just ask, obviously pickup of bigger parts preferred and all prices will be plus postage.

The list of parts will be added to so keep an eye on the thread.....if regular users who i'm familiar with want parts reserving i may well do so at my discretion but obviously i'm looking to make the money back sooner rather than later so won't hold parts indefinately.

Pictures will be available on request and added as parts are taken off, the engine bay is stripped as such now but the rest won't be available straight away...however the car is being moved to strip on the weekend so will be fairly soon!

In no particular order:

Pace alloy radiator, good condition with no leaks, has had small repair carried out in the past and pressure tested - £150

2x 10" kenlowe fans - £100

Scorpion exhaust system with flexi joint added and lambda boss welded into downpipe beneath turbo. 4" outward rolled pipe in good condition, only dent to clear aeroquip fitting on sump - £150

Fuel pump with stainless bracket and new cradle (well not now but was, i.e not the original rusty one) - £100

Spec-r header tank with sight glass - £120

Spec-r 3" breather (not the old style 2" one) with -8 takeoff on bottom port to return to sump (could be capped off if not required and i have an aeroquip blank to do this if needed). Will also include samco hoses used - £100 -

Samco coolant kit in mint condition (blue), hose from header tank, radiator to thermostat housing and top hose from header to thermostat housing - £85

Samco boost hose (no dumpvalve), like brand new and hose from turbo to intercooler (older) - £75

Nearly new starter motor (heat wrapped) - £50

Ford racing efi leads, good condition - £25

Chrome charge carrier (smooth), 90 spec - £50

Omex 600 ecu with programming kit and wiring diagram for rs turbo - £500

Act gauge with sensor/wiring, backlight doesn't work but otherwise fine - £25

Cobra suzuka bucket seats with side mounts, currently mounted on standard runners using cobra adaptor bars so ready to bolt straight in an rs turbo if needed - £500

Willans club 4x4 harnesses, these are the top of the range 3" lap and shoulder belts with aircraft buckles in black wit hfixing eyelets - £200

4x4 cosworth front brake conversion kit. Includes calipers painted black in perfect working order, 2wd discs/ferodo ds2500 pads (both nearly new), will also include the braided lines - £150

Master cylinder (22mm) , series one fluid reservoir (minty mint condition as got hold of a new one at great expense) and braided lines with goodrich 90 degree fitting on the master cylinder and banjo fittings to go into the original tee pieces on the inner wings giving you braided lines throughout the engine bay - £150 - PROVISIONALLY SOLD

Mef adjustable tca's, they do have corrosion on the arms but still adjust fine - £75

Shell, has had front end restoration with photos to prove. Engine bay was stripped and painted, chassis rails rebuilt, new battery tray and scuttle panel, windscreen pillars repaired. Roof, bonnet and front bumper painted.I have stripped the rear end inside and had the rear suspension professionally turreted for coilovers with diagonal weld in rear bracing (carried out by xsport). Being honest the sills and rear arches could do with some attention now and someone has jacked the car up in the wrong place in the past and the bootlid has gone rusty in the bottom corner but all in all the car looked VERY clean and tidy and was regularly on stands at car shows as well as being magazine featured so certainly not ready for the scrap heap just yet. With the rear turret work it would make the ideal base for a track car and is fully polybushed. Offers invited......

Thanks for the kind words everyone.....the thing was i will no doubt end up with better money in the long run breaking, i really couldn't be doing with the endless amounts of messers and people offering silly money that it would inevitably attract!

And the decider was after having some of the new engine apart to investigate a rattle, i just decided i'd had enough and the decision was made to break the car and move onto something else....i've had it for nearly 7 years so had my fun out of it

Box is available mate yes, just hadn't listed it yet. It was running a cts stage 2 and an AP cp2000-35 clutch. £600 for the box, £700 with clutch.

Engine will be available too at a slightly later date as i will be giving it a quick strip down and inspection to make 100% sure everything is fine for the new owner.
I've taken the head off at present but depending on interest can sell as a complete engine ready to go (fit new headgasket/bolts) or possibly split.
Would prefer to sell whole as was a superb engine developed over a couple of builds and all worked really well together
Price will be dependant on requirements, the engine will be as new and had only done 750 running in miles and at most 150 after full boost mapping with photographic evidence of the build/parts used.

The wheels will be for sale, 17" superleggera's with mint 205/40/17 r888's.....tyres have very little wear, 2 wheels are mint and 2 have slight kerbing but very clean on the whole. £500 for the 4, the 888's cost that on their own!
Head may be for sale seperately but not ready to sell just yet.

It's on Gaz gold coilovers, i was going to list them once the car was stripped enough that i could take them off. I've got 2 sets of rear springs for them, they haven't had much use and are in good condition bar some surfsace rusting on the rears (zinc coating isn't the best and the car doesn't even get used on the rain) lol. I will want £500.
