also have 2x t2 turbo units as spares, the one without the manifold is a hybrid t2 the other with the manifold is a normal t2, they have not been tested by me though! can post for £12 with DHL.
What's the hybrid part? Is it bigger exh housing on the T2?
I ask cause a T2 might be a little small for the engine i'll be running, but i want as little lag as possible.
there both the same housings, the hybrid will have a bigger thrust bearing, cant take more of a pounding etc......... you dont get hardly any lag from a t2
They might be a bit small for my need then, don't wanna run massive boost until in know what comp ratio with new pistons will be. For that reason, im out

but units do have play untill oil pressure builds up. still a bargain, you can replace the seal for cheap if you wanted to!
