breaking escort track toy, now with price list!!!
just wondering how much i would get if i broke my car..
would sell the car with the below...
1.6 cvh (told it had been rebuilt around 10k miles ago, i cannot prove this, but all i can say it runs very well, so easily to believe it has)
block has freshly been painted
32/34 carb (bigger then usual)
slight head work (not 100%)
kent cvh 22 cam
kent vernier pulley (may sell seperate)
ashley 4-2-1 manifold
ashley straight through exhaust
5 speed lsd gearbox (series 2 rs turbo)
wont seperate engine from car, but will sell the car with
standard 13" steel wheels
no front brakes (unless i have time to put them back on)
xr3i front seats
standard front lights and amber side reps (havnt got any indicators, but can pick some up for around £5)
also could sell it cheaper with a standard manifold and exhaust
will also come with a new bottle of castrol oil (4 litres) and oil filter (doesnt realy need it but would be nice to put some brand new oil in)
and a 2 new bottles of castrol gearbox oil (2 litres)
shell has been fully stripped and all the sound deadening removed..
inner arches have been cleaned and waxoyl'd
i would take £370 for all the above but without the exhaust and manifold, but will fit a standard exhaust and manifold..
but wont seperate engine and car...

front omp strut brace (crackle black but could do with a respray) £25 (SOLD)
rs16i rocker cover (middle breather pipe is a little bent but still works fine) £45 (SOLD)
twin headlights £35 (SOLD)
bonnet raisers £12 (SOLD)
88 spec recaros up front £50
sparco 3 point harnesses £35
6 point omp rollcage with cargo net £220 (SOLD)
black s2 alloys with 195/50/15 tyres (all with good tread) £90 (SOLD)
cosworth front brakes (drilled and grooved discs and braided lines and 1mm spacers) £90 (SOLD)
heres some pics..
im not 100% breaking, but if i did then il be selling the parts for the prices above...
somebody has already got to get back to me on the car/engine
if anyone is interested in the parts then post up because if i dont get much interest then i wont break it...

il let you know about the vernier, as someone is getting back to me on the engine/car and the vernier is in the price..
i did want £100 for the brakes, so £90 is cheap any tbh, as the discs have hardly no wear on them at all, same as the pads, plus the braided lines are nearly new, well one is new...
and i dont want to seperate the engine from the car as i have no where to store it, plus i havnt got time to remove it and i havnt long got it fitted...

just wanted to add i can sell the cossie brakes with 4wd discs if you want them for your fiesta rst (or any fiesta mk3)
or the discs in the picture which are for escort fitment..

stripped the car today...
il be selling the car with engine etc still fitted for £350
it will have xr3i front seats, rs turbo steering wheel, and its on standard 13" steel wheels.. (has no front brakes)
perfect track car project..

if you change your mind about selling gearbox with the car - let me know asap!! S2 is off the road and desperate for a gearbox. yours would be ideal as your only 5 mins away!! cheers
