I'm breaking my car
Finally came to the decision of breaking it, totally lost interest in it due to ill health over the past 2 years.
Here is a list of parts
Engine
Engine has covered 26000 miles in 6 years.
Complete engine
Stage 2 head - Specialised Engines
Newman/AVA cam with solid lifters - AVA
Piper vernier - Woodford garage
Wire rung block with a 0.25 overbore - AVA
Mahle pistons with 7.5:1 compression ratio - Woodford garage
High pressure oil pump - Burton
Ford headgasket - Ford
H/D bearings - Burton
ARP conrod bolts - Burton
Fresh Mobil 1 oil every 3000 miles
New sump (during rebuild) Ford
New water pump (during rebuild) - Burton
Also now comes with LSD gearbox
AP 4 paddle clutch (slipping)
Driveshafts
Distributor
Polished inlet manifold
Alternator
Because all of was still on the engine when i picked it up
£900
The engine produced a consistent 199 - 205 @ the wheels (AVA) with only 16psi boost.

when you have spoken in the past of 'fuel mods', which parts exactly are these?
as im very interested in these AVA spec secrets for my RST
also you say you have the brackets for the hi spec discs, are these included in the £150 asking price?

Im looking for a sunroof and all running gear, also the bits on the body that sit inside the doors that turn the lights on and off when the doors are opened and closed. also washer jets for the front. im interested in the down pipe. will it fit a std erst manifold. and do you have a pic of it please.
