I have for sale my massive spec Rs2000 Engine built by Motorsport developments (Blackpool)
The engine has been converted to a 2.2L with a 2.3 Crank. A stroker kit conversion. The engine is good for 500Bhp. The engine is brand new and has never been run.
Technical Notes
Mains bearings size 0.25 undersize
Big end bearings 0.25 undersize
Installed top ring gap 0.40mm
Installed middle ring gap 0.45
Installed oil scraper ring gap 0.40mm
Crankshaft end-float 0.14mm
Big end axial play 0.11mm
Big end bolt length after stretch 51.04mm
Camshafts dialed into Inlet 114 DEG Exhaust 108 DEG
Engine measurements after machine work
Bore 86.50mm
Stroke 91.00mm
Swept Volume 534.72
Clearance volume on all 4 cylinders is 83.0cc
Compression Ratio 7.45:1
Machine Work
Rebore existing block £50
Bore Honing (cross hatch) £30
Fitting under piston oil jets £100
Crank grind and polish £50
Dynamic Balancing £80
Port and polsih head ports £150
Skim head flat £30
4 valve guides and seats £150
Modify sump for crank £50
Replace all the following parts with high quality new parts
JE custom pistons and rings £700
Farndon custom H - Section steel rods £850
Crank main & big end bearings £170
Thrust washers (U&L) £15
Oil pump £164
4 Inlet and 4 exhaust valves
4 under piston oil jets £60
Ancillary Components

The intercooler is a single pass, and was custom made to fit infront of the radiator with no modifications, and its sits directly into the radiator supprt bracket.
Its in very good condition and cost a fortune to have made.
