3.9:1 7.5inch diff.
Due to upgrade I'm selling my 3.9 diff..
It's a 7.5inch LSD with a 3.9:1 ratio which livens up any cossie like you would not believe. (depending on tyre size and rev limit im sure 170+ mph is still possible)
Mileage wise this unit was rebuilt by an ex RED engineer then bought by me, fitted.. Driven to a dyno 40miles away, dyno time then driven back. (I found that my block had cracked so it hasn't been used since then.)
Whoever has this unit will not be disapointed!
It was nice and clean until I got my oily mits all over it
(Mount is not included in sale.)
No whines, bangs or any other faults as you'd expect for the low mileage.
£450 plus post.
Cheers,
Luke.

Oh... I better revise things a little then.. Thank you.
I've just spoke to Tony at turbosystems and I need to keep the mount now as well so I'll start again!
Cheers guys!

Yes mate, it improves acceleration.. Makes you feel like you've got an extra 50 horses I would say.
There are a few threads about it on here.
In the short time that I had it on there I noticed that pulling away etc felt much nicer as well.
I don't think that it is any stronger but it's been well put together and I guess you could argue that it has less strain on it as the gearing is lower.
The down side is that your top speed will be lower but it will still be above 160, possibly 170 depending on your wheel tyre combo and rev limit

Hi mate,
I don't know exactly what 'slack' refers to.. I've been out an given it all a wiggle..
If I grab the driveshaft flanges and try rotate in opposite directions there is about 1mm or less of movement before it locks solid..
If I rotate the prop flange there is no play whatsoever on the driveshaft flanges.. they just rotate.
Does that make sense???
Does that help??
