Escort Cosworth Rally car breaking
OK,
Im 90% sure I want to sell my car, ive no interest in it anymore, and woud rather have something else these days.
I have to say, do not expect a battered rally car thats spent years in the forrest, I bough this because it had never been rallied, and it is still mint, in fact unused since its repaint/rebuild etc.
What is it worth?
Shell, genuine escort shell, WRC tall turret mods for long travel for gravel/long dampers for tarmac (lowered cars to keep longer dampers to stay cool)
wide tunnel to accept skyline gearbox.
AG Motorsport wide track rear suspension, wide lateral links, similar to WRC but longer links to try to eliminate bump steer.
Fully welded cage, front suspension and rear suspension pick ups, rear diff pickup, diff independantly mounted.
Fibrglass bonnet, fibreglass tailgate, heated screen, polycarb rear screen
£5000 - lets talk what you would like with it, alot of the stuff I have has been made to fit this car, pedal box, steering etc maybe a bit more could be less dependant on what you want with it.
loads more that i cant even remember.
2 x Grp a Ally front hubs and flanges
2 x brand new rear WRC hubs
4 x brand new WRC TCA's
2 x grpa Compression struts
1 x Grpa front crossmember
4 x GRpa bilstein struts
8 x steel WRC replica strut top mounts
Corsa power steering kit (adapted to suit above shell)
Tilton alloy pedal box (fully hydraulic)
GEMS EM36 ECU - fully programmable, set up for drive by wire, ALS, WI, multimap, you name it it will do it
Linered long rod small bore bottom end (205 block)
Remote oil filter assy
In tank 023 pump brand new
Grpa bosch fuel pressure reg
Std 7" rear diff - mint(was to be used in the front)
Full PTFE fuel lines
WRC 14mm titanuim wheel nuts
High impedance 600cc injectors
PIAA lamp pod
Twin headlamp kit (no name - fibreglass bodies)
15" compomotive wheels et33 x 4
205 55 15 gravel tyres - various
im sure there are loads and loads more, ive not added any prices for the small bits yet as this is more for information as to what I have, if the shell sells I will ten price the rest, as yet as ive only just decided to go and see what happens. If the shell sells then the rest will go too.

How much for the fuel system? Tank lines pump filter etc?

can't believe your selling it you will so regret it once your kids are older and you finished renovating your house.
in fact your kids will prob want to help when they older and maybe eventully get into rallying themselves because of there dad
you obviously love cars and rallying or you wouldnt of started such a project so unless your going to get a finished project to use dont sell

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
mark im sure youll agree once it sells another project will appear, speshly since you have the massive workshop for it, other wise a waste of garden that the kids could destroy, push on and finish it and enjoy the fruits of hard work, and if her indoors gives grief poke her in the eye or kick her in the minge i wanna see this finished!!!!!
