new -31 actuator
nearly new -31 actuator bought from msd last year and done about 100 miles.
its been stored off the turbo so there been no pressure on the spring.
cost me £65 alone without bar
£50 delivered with bar.

it was set up for my turbo so it won't be the same as yours.
you normaly set them with half a hole of preload.

i think it will fit not 100% sure though, call msd and they will tell you
