The Silkolene Pro S 5w-40 is ideal for those. If you don't fancy the Silkolene, go for Motul 300V, Redline or Gulf Competition 5w-40.

Which grade would you recommend for a 500bhp+ YB, used hard on track and driven on the road?

Pro-R 15w/50 or Pro-S 10w/50?
