All PM's replied too.

Answers to few questions i keep getting about the Escos, i have done an HPI report with RAC and it shows no accidents and car has never been stolen recovered, its not a motorsport shell it left the factory without a sunroof. It hasnt been on the road for around 3 years(drystored) and in terms of what is missing its just the engine and ECU everything else is there. HPI shows 88k clocks are brand new so are showing 0k. It has koni suspension and a momo steering wheel apart from this it is standard but i do have a full stainless for it that i will chuck in. Im having alot of interest in the engine parts so if some one is willing to buy the car without the engine parts i will let it go for 7k.

I would love another 3dr mate, but im afraid it wouldnt leave any money for the house and my missus would eat my balls for breakfast. Would definatly consider a PX on something abit cheaper so i got some money too.

Escos sounds interesting, as a base for a track/road car. Could you take some pics and put them up? Have I got it right that the car is 100% complete if the engine is assembled and fitted along with an ECU? All interior, spoilers, etc are there.

Here you go mate i will get some better one's next time im at the workshop havent been down there in a while. Yes you have it right apart from the block (i think) needs a rebore and a set of pistons everything else is there. Other people that hve looked at the block say it doesnt, i have some low comp std size pistons i will chuck in if it sells for full asking price.

Looks good in the pics. Could you put some of the interior up? How much extra might it be If I was to pay for you to get the motor built, back in and running right? I ask, because I'm looking to import one to Australia and I currently don't know of anyone locally who knows how to rebuild and get one running properly on the first go.

I will get some of the interior next time im at the workshop. The only person i would use to build the engine is Harvey Gibbs (scs) i would think another 2K, so around £10,200 and it would be freshly built and set up, i could also have it stage 3 for you as i have all the parts here, and i would have Harvey put low comp pistons in too.

UM, that would be me. And yes I did pay a lot, and occasionally still am. Was hoping to get a cheaper and lighter one ( no s'roof or electrics or air cond, etc ) to use for sprints, etc. I can only afford to, if I can register it, then sell the one I have. Would hate to not be able to drive one down the GO Road once it awhile. Especially on Grand final day when it's quieter.

Wont be for sale unless I can get a motor sport one imported that can be registered. Mine has been registered for a couple of years after a lot of problems with Vicroads.

First it was ride height and engine Number. Next it was the paperwork not being the originals and photos of the engine Number, as requested by them, not being allowed as proof, because they said they could be from any engine.

Fortunately, the guy who was doing all this for me ( I was suffering from Kidney Stones at the time ) told a mate of his who is a cop. His mate printed out all this info about notarized copies having to be accepted as being the same as the original.

He took this back to Vicroads on his third attempt and told them that they would be breaking the law if the wouldn't accept the copies as proof for registration. They were so flustered by all this, that my car is registered as a 2005 model. They apparently were so confused that they didn't even check the engine number on the car. It's the original one anyway.

All up, with his time and the usual costs of registering a car, it ended up costing about $2500 to be able to use it on the road.

Since mine was the second cheapest one in the country at the time, I don't want to buy another dearer one from who I bought mine from.
