cosworth parts and engine parts (pics) BIG REDUCTIONS
Selling all my parts now, it's a 205 block freshly rebored to +25 and the block refaced (done my automotive engineering in northampton), with all the main caps.
£200
also have
standard grind crank, polished and ready to go - SOLD
brand new in the box Cosworth racing pistons (blanks) think they are 6.8.1 comp what i can make out on the box , but would depend what your block height / head gasket thickness and head thickness of course - £450
set of rods (still have old pistons attached) - £150
pair of BD16 spec cams (brand new in boxes) - £350 the pair
also have the sump, 2wd and 4x4 pickups, fly wheel, inlet, 2wd plenum cover/elbow, couple pairs of 2wd front calipers needing a rebuilds, 2wd lowered springs 'think' they maybe early ahmed ones will explain when i can get some pics, cheap cone filter, 4x4 rear lens's pair and singles will confirm which side, clear fronts and side repeaters, 3dr headlights and seperate glasses, odd cam pulleys
will add more when im home and get in the loft.

the pistons are pa1079. they are old stock and cant be run in a yb if you want a squish area. they stop about 5mm short of the block deck at tdc but your engine will be tolerant of a snapped belt

ive got same pistons in my engine, in fact i bought the last 4 of these pistons that cosworth had left. according to jeremy at cosworth they are early 2wd and as you say 6.8cr
had bought an unused 200 block which had a damaged deck face and required 1mm machining off to clean it up. my head was down to 137.6 and when the chambers were measured and considering the machining of the block face, it was clear that normal pistons would not be suitable particularly as i wanted to run high boost. apart from accralite these ones seemed the only option.
anyway the engine runs fine with them and was mapped by stu and he didnt say anything.

yeah i work in papworth, near cambridge!
no it's as the pictures, bare block after machining and the pistons as you see um, have the gudgen pin and washers to hold them in a bag in the box.
