ST170 Weber Alpha powered Mk4 Escort breaking

ST170 Weber Alpha powered Mk4 Escort breaking
I’m gutted to do this, but I’ve got too many projects and this one has always just been a bit too mental for the workhorse duties it was originally intended for!
Weber Alpha Throttle bodies, ECU, loom, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, plumbing, sensors, lambda, fuel cut off switch, etc. Ready mapped for ST170.
VVT is currently on a switch, but comes with necessary part to make the switching automatic. Was going to be fitted by Sitech but never got round to it, not an expensive job.
VVT is mapped very low (approx 2500 RPM) which was found to be the best for both power and driveability. Really only needs to be switch to the ‘off’ setting to smooth the idle when in traffic jams. VVT setting and overall mapping was all done live with all fueling checked etc by Sitech Racing.
This kit is £2500 new, and only available ready mapped for a standard 2.0 Zetec. To run an ST170 engine (which will do approx 200BHP standard with this kit) you would normally have to budget in a few hundred quid for a remap and VVT control.
This setup is way quicker and livelier than you would expect, totally reliable, always starts no problem, sounds astoundingly good with massive induction roar, and goes really well. 9:51min at the Nurburgring, and 14.8sec quarter mile on Crail’s crappy surface with as then worn tyres and an open diff. (And has shown up countless fast cars too!). It even happily did a 3000 mile trip up to Gatebil in Norway last year, and averaged 30MPG!
All this is £1800

Shell isn't the greatest, but is savable. Would sell for £200 with doors, bonnet, front bumper, rear brakes car loom, dash, carpet, rear seats. (not much over scrap value for what is a rare car these days).
Deals could be made for any extra parts.
Here's a rundown on the shell's condition.
Front crossmember is needing replaced (new part available for £40)
Small hole beside fusebox
Inner wings perfect, battery tray very good.
Scuttle & bulkhead perfect
Floor has had some welding along the length of the inside of the sills before (1 year ago approx)
One sill has a patch, (but strong and has been for years)
Rear arches are poor, but seen much worse
Rear chassis legs are bulging, but again seen much worse
Small rust dots beside sunroof
Door shuts, bonnet slam panel, boot shut etc all very good.
Fuel filler neck fixing point not rusty.
Doors are on the whole good apart from lock damage to the driver's
