I've got a 2.0 140 tdci mk4 mondeo.
I'm wondering what I could do to get more power I'm wanting to get close to 200bhp.
My plans up to now are
Dpf removal
Egr blank
Bigger intercooler
Remap
Is there any other things I could do??
Cheers Danny

If you want to get close to 200 it will be cheaper and easier to sell it and get a 2.2 to start off with. Sounds like a cop-out, but will be a much better bet.
No one, to the best of my knowledge has got anywhere near 200 from the 2.0 yet. DPF removals are plagued with problems (false regens etc), EGR blanking will keep the EML on permanently, and remaps stress the DMF out unless done properly.
By all means get a remap from a trusted source (not just any old place) as simply removing the torque restrictions will make it eat the DMF in no time.
