I'm looking to install an OBD reader and leave it in. However, the socket is right behind the chubby hole cover so it's not possible to close the chubby hole cover while something's plugged into the OBD socket, so I'm wondering whether it's possible to detach it from its mount, and if so, how? I couldn't see any obvious levers/catches.
